Butcher’s shop organisation Q Guild has appointed a new general manager. Claire Holland will take up the role in September and has spent many years involved in the meat industry, including Ladies In Pigs.
She published the promotional book Ladies In Pigs Farmhouse Recipe Book and worked on a promotional video for the organisation.
Q Guild chairman Mark Turnbull said: “I am delighted to announce the appointment of Claire Holland as the new Q Guild General Manager.
“Claire is well known in the industry and many of you will know her from her many years at the MLC, BPEX and AHDB. She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge and I’m looking forward to working with her, continuing to implement our five year plan.  Claire will officially take up the post on Monday September 4.”
