The views of pig producers are being sought in a survey to gauge opinions on a new Assistant Farm Manager apprenticeship standard that is being developed by the cross-industry Trailblazers skills partnership.
The apprenticeship has been developed to suit a broad range of businesses. The survey is aimed at employers, training providers, trade associations, assessment providers, educational professionals and potential apprentices. The goal is to get a broad cross section of employers of different sizes and sub sectors to test the standards.
The apprenticeship survey went live on November 25 and closes on the December 31.
