We are looking for a highly motivated Pig Production Manager to lead our high health pig production business. This is a new role within an organization which is going through a period of development and expansion. In this role you will be responsible for the overall management  of the breeding farms, and associated finishing farms.
You will be working closely with the teams on farm, but also helping the owners of the business develop strategy to grow and develop.
The role requires experience of breeding and finishing production, staff management experience, strong communication skills and knowledge of industry pig production software systems.
This new position will require travel within the UK to the farms, and may mean nights away from home during the week.
