The latest step in helping to make AHDB a more “cost-efficient and effective organisation” for levy payers has been completed with the Board’s 325-strong staff now being all together in a new headquarters building at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire.
Part of a £5m investment, the completion of the new building (pictured below) means that all AHDB staff, including those working with BPEX, are working from one location for the first time since the levy board was created in 2008.
“This is another important step forward in helping to make AHDB a more cost-efficient and effective organisation for our levy payers,” said Board chairman, Peter Kendall.
“The building has delivered all the communication teams sitting together, all the R&D teams together, etc, for the first time in open plan working spaces – so there are no barriers to communication, helping to promote a more inclusive and open culture.”
