Wholesale firm Snowbird Foods has announced a new Christmas party range of meaty products, six months ahead of the festive season.
A sausage-style turkey, bacon and cranberry cracker is one of the products on offer, alongside a pork stuffing ball flavoured with cranberries, cinnamon and nutmeg.
There are other stuffing ball variants too, including pork, sage & onion and sage and onion, and pork & smoked bacon.
There is also a pork and haggis sausage and pork and turkey chipolatas.
“We challenged our NPD team to help caterers make the coming Christmas extra special and they have exceeded our expectations,” said commercial director Helen Swan.
