Costcutter is recalling Independent Sliced Chorizo because the product contains milk which is not correctly declared on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk and milk constituents.
The product is called Independent Sliced Chorizo Dry Cured and Seasoned with Paprika, the pack size is 80g and all use by dates up to and including 13 November are affected. Consumers have been advised to return the product to the store where they bought it for a refund.
