Wolverhampton based Pork Producers, F A Gill Ltd are delighted to announce the implementation of a new management structure aimed at building on the family business’ 130- plus years of heritage and reputation for great quality British Pork Products and to take advantage of the numerous opportunities available in the current market place.
With effect from 6th April 2018, there will be anew management executive consisting of the 2 existing Directors and three new heads of department. Taking up the mantle of head of production & logistics will be Wayne Bateman who has been with the company for the past 27 years where he has delivered significant improvements in the fresh meat section of the operation.
Also promoted in the new regime will be Gordon Power who joined F A Gill Ltd 6 years ago and has led the day to day operation of the finance team. Gordon has a wealth of experience from his 30 years in accountancy practice, providing auditing and tax services. More recently as financial controller at a UK subsidiary  of a world-wide group of companies dealing with safety critical Oil industry electrical components. Gordon will step up to the new role of head of finance & administration where his extensive and detailed knowledge of the operation of the company will facilitate the introduction of new and updated processes to enhance the overall business.
Joining Gill’s after a 12 year period of consultancy in the broader FMCG world after an early career working with a number of well-known brands such as Walkers, Marston’s , Nestle and Twining’s, new head of sales and marketing Graham Stonadge has extensive experience of account management at all levels and leadership of sales teams at many stage of development. Graham consequently brings a depth of industry knowledge and experience to help the sales team to deliver the growth aspirations of the business.
