Pig genetics and farming specialists JSR Genetics has extended its contract with Customer Relationship Management provider, BuddyCRM, following a successful overhaul of its sales and customer engagement processes.
The genetics firm established a relationship with the CRM tech provider in 2016 and has developed a strong working relationship which it says has resulted in the replacement of an old, unsupported livestock solution, allowing greater visibility of its sales pipeline and enhanced customer communication.
BuddyCRM is an online CRM software solution used to support and manage sales teams. The new contract will extend the relationship for a further 3 years.
“Adam and the team at BuddyCRM have replicated the features we needed into a new bespoke solution that is much more efficient than our old system,” said Phil Lilly, sales account and marketing manager at JSR Genetics. “The team listened to everything we wanted and really understood the complexities of a genetics supply chain. We couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to working with them for a further three years.”
