BPEX master butcher Keith Fisher has been helping out behind the scenes of the new four-part BBC programme Nigel and Adam’s Farm Kitchen.
The programme features Nigel Slater and Adam Henson and the first is tomorrow (November 20) on BBC1 at 8pm.
In the programme, the pair sow, grow, rear and cook Britain’s favourite foods from a working farm in the Cotswolds. Revealing the top 50 fresh foods on the UK’s supermarket shopping lists, they will show how to get the most flavour, value and variety from them all.
In the first episode, the duo look at how our busy lifestyles have meant Britain has lost touch with where its food comes from and the best ways to cook it.
