The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) has been selected by Meadow Quality, the farmer owned livestock marketing company, as its “chosen charity” for 2016.
RABI was an obvious choice for us,” said Meadow Quality’s Judy Underwood, adding that the company “team” will be actively engaging in some of RABI’s national campaigns this year.
“We see first-hand how the charity has a hugely positive impact on the lives of so many people. During times of struggle, our agricultural community needs to unite and it’s our responsibility to help those who may be suffering hardship.”
RABI helps around 2,000 people each year, giving out approximately £2 million in grants.
