Ryan Noble (pictured) has joined the pig team at marketing group Meadow Quality to represent customers in the North and North-east.
Mr Noble’s passion for pigs started as a boy when he worked with his father on the grow out unit he ran at the weekends.
“As a teenager, I got a part-time job working on a pig unit, and consequently went on to study at Oatridge College,” he said. “From then on, I worked my way up through the ranks from stockman to unit manager, and most recently production manager.
“I’m looking forward to this progression in my career and bringing the knowledge and experience that I have gained from both indoor and outdoor production to Meadow Quality and its customers.”
Meadow Quality director Simon Davies said Mr Nobles’s personality and character gave him an excellent presence.
“This will stand him in good stead for the future when he’s negotiating on a farmers behalf,” he added.
