A new “one-stop-shop” training guide for anybody involved in the pig industry has been published by AHDB Pork.
Expanded, revised and updated from last year, the new guide contains information about the technical managers’ scheme, the pig industry professional register (PIPR) and the HR toolkit.
“This is designed to be a one-stop-shop for anybody in the pig industry looking to find out what AHDB Pork has to offer,” said the organisation’s training and skills co-ordinator, Sam Bowsher (pictured above).
“As well as detailing all the training on offer it also shows which courses would benefit who and how many PIPR points will be available for the course.”
AHDB Pork also has a training calendar “in production” with publication promised “shortly”.
